This is our second litter with Maggie, our chocolate Labrador, aged four years old.  She had 8 puppies in the last litter all of which were successfully re-homed both locally and further away.  We are still in touch with 3–4 of these so any questions about adult size proportions or references do not hesitate to get in touch. Although she is a working type labrador Maggie is very much a family pet and we keep the whelping box in our home and the puppies are currently based in the kitchen where there is always activity and different people and various noises which is good to help them socialise. We have two daughters who are constantly playing with the pups and bringing friends over to see them.
