As a former Zoo Keeper at Bristol Zoo, I have always been passionate about animals and their welfare. After closing the family childcare business last year, so that my wife could return to teaching, I found that we had a perfect space available for dog breeding. We have a large conservatory room with doors which open on to a large private patio and garden, separate from the second family garden. The dogs have ample space to grow and develop and will be pre-trained/socialised to be around children, noise, outdoor life, respond to basic commands, good manners.

When looking to breed Polly, I was extremely mindful to put her welfare at the centre of everything. I wanted to make sure that she would continue the family tree (including 13 Kennel Club best of breed winners) in the best way possible by pairing her with an equally outstanding dog. I visited several before deciding on Stagshead Gundogs in Devon. Paul was hugely experienced and responsible for siring a number of the best of breed dogs in Polly's lineage. 

The dogs will receive constant monitoring and supervision and plenty of love until they are ready to go to suitable homes. To support new owners, all puppies will leave my care with a Home Puppy Pack which will include: a Toy, Puppy Food that they are used to eating to support their transition, a Scented Blanket to remind them of their mum while settling in to their new home and 5 Weeks of Kennel Club Insurance so that you have plenty of time to arrange new cover. I can give advice on all aspects of care and make recommendations to support new owners.
