Victor's ideal home

This lovely boy is now ready to look for his forever home. He can live in a home with children 14+.He is a smart energetic boy looking for an active home will keep his body and mind busy. This sensitive boy was unsettled when he first arrived with us but is gaining confidence daily. At first, he may be a bit unsure and worried but soon warms up to you. He will need his new family to be around most of the time at first, and any leaving hours will need to be built up slowly. And he does get upset if left alone too long.

Could you be Victor's perfect match?

Victor although hesitant at first just loves human company and several meets to the centre may be necessary to build a bond before he goes home with his new family. A tasty snack is warmly appreciated by this little guy, this is beneficial in continuing his training whilst in the home. Victor loves to play with toys, tennis balls which will keep him amused for hours. He can be quite strong on the lead and will pull a bit at first, this is down to excitement. This lad with a little love , patience and understanding will be a great addition to any home.

Labrador Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Labrador Retriever.

View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".
